All orders are processed within 45 to 90 business days and up for private label orders (excluding weekends, hot sale periods and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Haiti, France Germany, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic.

Delay may apply by your destination country (custom and verification)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. N'happy & Beautiful is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
We only accept return if you do not receive the correct items. You will have to contact support customersupport@nhappyandbeautiful.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No free return for international orders. The return fees will be at the customer charge.
